A leading retail solutions provider in Weston is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to manage HR tasks from induction to final employment day. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers competitive pay, 23 days of holiday, and a supportive working environment.
25 hours per week, worked 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours to suit, for example 9:00 am - 2:00 pm or 10:00 am - 3:00 pm | £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (Pro Rata).

As an HR Coordinator, you will report to the Operations Manager and manage all tasks required to support the company employees/people from induction into the business through to the final date of employment.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll support all HR activities across the employee lifecycle - from induction through to final day.
