About the Job

Beghou brings over three decades of experience helping life sciences companies optimize their commercialization through strategic insight, advanced analytics, and technology. From developing go-to-market strategies and building foundational data analytics infrastructures to leveraging artificial intelligence to improve customer insights and engagement, Beghou helps life sciences companies maximize performance across their portfolios. Beghou also deploys proprietary and third-party technology solutions to help companies forecast performance, design territories, manage customer data, organize, and report on medical and commercial data, and more. Headquartered in Evanston, Illinois, we have 10 global offices.

Our mission is to bring together analytical minds and innovative technology to help life sciences companies navigate the complexity of health care and improve patient outcomes.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-curious, and people-positive HR & Talent Systems Coordinator to join our growing global HR team.

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration of our people systems and programs across HR operations, recruiting, and learning & development. You’ll help ensure that our data is clean, our systems talk to each other, and our people processes run smoothly, from new hire onboarding to learning program launches.

What You’ll Trust us to Do

We’ll trust you to manage and coordinate HR systems and data, support HR operations, and help ensure smooth people processes across onboarding, offboarding, data changes, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • HR Systems & Data
  • Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems (HRIS, ATS, and LMS).
  • Support HR reporting, data audits, and systems updates.
  • Help document and improve key people processes (onboarding, offboarding, data changes).
  • Partner with IT and HR Operations to troubleshoot system issues and test new features.
  • Talent Acquisition Support
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Lever).
  • Support offer and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth handoff from recruiting to HR.
  • Build hiring manager reports and dashboards and support ad hoc report requests.
  • Track recruiting metrics and help prepare monthly dashboards and reports.
  • Partner with the Talent team to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Learning & Development Coordination
  • Manage learning management system (LMS) administration — course uploads, enrollments, completions tracking.
  • Support logistics for live training sessions and learning programs.
  • Help maintain the internal learning calendar and communications.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback to improve learning initiatives.
  • General HR Support
  • Respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding of new hires and preparing HR documentation.
  • Participate in cross-team projects such as engagement surveys, systems integrations, or compliance initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of professional HR, recruiting, or HR systems experience
  • Tech-comfortable (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to deal with a degree of ambiguity in a high growth environment
  • Team player with a service mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.

Future Growth

This role is designed as a launchpad for a career in HR operations, HRBP, talent acquisition, or learning & development. As you gain experience, you’ll have opportunities to:

  • Take ownership of specific systems or workflows (HRIS, ATS, or LMS).
  • Contribute to process improvements and system implementations.
  • Design and support the design and development of strategic people programs
  • Handle employee relations issues

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $75,000.

We are currently unable to consider candidates who require, or will require in the future, sponsorship for work authorization. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

At Beghou, you\'ll join a highly collaborative, values-driven team where technical excellence, analytical rigor, and personal growth converge. Whether you\'re passionate about AI innovation, building commercialization strategies, or shaping the next generation of data-first solutions in life sciences, this is a place to make an impact!
