About The Role

As our People & Culture Coordinator, you'll champion a vibrant workplace, from creating unforgettable employee experiences to fostering a culture of growth and inclusion, you'll be at the centre of shaping the Rudding Park team for success. Key Responsibilities

• Support with employee queries and provide guidance on policies and processes.
• Organise and coordinate employee engagement activities such as Listening Lunches and internal events.
• Support follow-up actions and track progress on engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems (e.g. Fourth) are up to date.
• Process changes to terms and conditions, ensuring timely communication and compliance.
• Conduct Right to Work checks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Take minutes during meetings and support HR audits
• Prepare reports and data to support HR projects and management decision-making.
• Assist with applicant screening to support hiring managers.
• Help coordinate onboarding and induction processes.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of staff accommodation, ensuring a positive experience.
• Conduct monthly staff accommodation inspections
• Allocate rooms, manage paperwork, and assist with moves and new arrivals.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

About You

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR qualification (or working towards)
• Previous HR, administration, or coordination experience.
• People person and has a passion for supporting people and coming up with solutions
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Competent in Microsoft Office and HR systems (experience with Fourth is an advantage).
