Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: City of London

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in the office)

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum

Requirements: US Law firm experience

The firm

Our client is a leading US law firm renowned for its dynamic, high-performance culture. They are the go-to firm for clients navigating complex, high-profile matters across industries such as sports, healthcare, life sciences, media & entertainment, asset management, and hospitality.

The role

In your new role as a HR Coordinator, you will be supporting HR operations at a busy and growing firm. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
  • Support the recruitment process of business services and paralegals.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Work closely with wider HR generalist team to ensure processes and policies are followed.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience working within a similar HR role at a US law firm.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to work at a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT proficiency.
