Overview

A global business based in Surrey is looking for an experienced HR Specialist or HR Consultant that has experience working across ER, restructure and redundancy programmes and consultations to join their HR team on a 6 month contract.

Contract details

Inside IR35, hybrid working (3 days per week in the office and 2 days at home in their Surrey office) and will be for an initial 6 month period.

The rate on offer for this contract is £300 - £350 p/d depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with the wider HR team to deliver a large-scale restructure across various teams.
• Participate in employee relations activities, including consultations, TUPE and redundancy programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Generalist with an employee relations background and an up to date knowledge of UK employment law.
• CIPD qualification or employment law qualification is desirable.
