A leading healthcare provider is seeking an HR Consultant for a six-month fixed term role. The successful candidate will provide HR consultancy across divisions, working to address employee relations and manage complex casework. Candidates should possess a CIPD qualification or be working towards it, alongside experience in employee relations. This position requires clear communication and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Located across Hillingdon and Mount Vernon hospitals, the role offers an annual salary of £44,485 to £52,521.
An existing secondment opportunity has opened in the Employee Relations Team at Hillingdon Hospital for six months. The HR Consultant will advise managers across two divisions alongside the HR Business Partners, Unplanned Care and Estates and Facilities for someone who understands the challenges of working with a large caseload.
The role will work between Mount Vernon and Hillingdon Hospital.
To provide operational HR/organisational development consultancy services across resourcing, medical staffing, service redesign, workforce remodelling, change management, employee relations/legislation, terms and conditions and employment policy/procedures.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
