A prominent NHS healthcare provider in Greater London seeks an HR Consultant to support managers across two divisions and address complex HR matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational HR advisory roles and understand employment legislation. This role offers a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care and operational improvement.
An existing secondment opportunity has opened in the Employee Relations Team at Hillingdon Hospital for six months. The HR Consultant will advise managers across two divisions alongside the HR Business Partners for Unplanned Care and Estates and Facilities and understand the challenges of working with a large caseload. The role will work between Mount Vernon and Hillingdon Hospital.
The HR Consultant will provide operational HR/ organisational development consultancy services across resourcing, medical staffing, service redesign, workforce remodelling, change management, employee relations/legislation, terms and conditions and employment policy/procedures.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics, and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit, and outpatient clinics. The safety and well-being of our patients and staff is paramount and we are making urgent improvements to address this – particularly in infection prevention and control.
