AAB in Glasgow is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our People Consulting team on a permanent basis (full or part-time, minimum 4 days per week). You will deliver commercially focused HR advice to a range of clients, guiding them through day-to-day issues and strategic people initiatives.
You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, apply up-to-date employment law knowledge, and help organisations build inclusive cultures.

About the Job
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our supportive and close-knit team. The role may be suited to someone with experience in an internal HR role looking to move to a consultancy role, where the focus is on building strong relationships with clients and giving sound, commercial advice. Alternatively, you may already work for a consultancy and be looking to move to a smaller, growing business with lots of room to grow and develop.
We are looking for a candidate who wants to further develop their HR and Employment Law knowledge within a fast-paced business environment, who can build relationships quickly and is excited to support a range of clients across sectors.
