We are an established, growing HR consultancy, providing outsourced HR support to awesome small and medium sized businesses in and around West Berkshire and South Oxfordshire. Our clients tell us we are friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, proactive and pragmatic in the way we work with them.

Our Continued Growth Means We Are Looking For Our Next HR Consultant - That Blend Of Team Fit, Mindset, Professional Knowledge And Commercial Awareness - To Join Our Small, Close-knit Team. You’ll Have Your Own Portfolio Of Clients And Be Supporting And Advising Across The Full Employee Lifecycle And a Range Of HR Initiatives, Including

  • Performance management
  • Restructures, redundancies and TUPE
  • Developing and implementing initiatives for the recruitment, development and retention of employees
  • Design and implementation of bespoke documentation
