A growing HR consultancy in the UK is seeking an HR Consultant to join their close-knit team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, supporting various HR initiatives including performance management and recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate has strong employee relations knowledge and experience with small businesses. This role is office-based and requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a sense of humour.
