What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Lead the development and evolution of HR policies, contracts, and compliance frameworks
  • Drive strategic improvements through internal audits and data integrity initiatives
  • Manage and develop a team of Employee Compliance Specialists
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, People Services, and HR Analytics to deliver smart, scalable solutions based on reports and analysis.
  • Provide expert guidance on Employee Policies and required changes, Rights to Work, Sponsorships, and DSARs.
