You will be joining a varied, dynamic and fast paced organisation responsible for overseeing and shaping transport with a wide and varied agenda covering every mode of transport including aviation, maritime, roads and rail. DfT is a high profile organisation with a future focus ranging from decarbonisation and cross modal delivery to large infrastructure projects such as HS2.
We are looking to recruit an experienced professional for the role of HR Complex Case Manager. This is an important role where you will collaborate and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues to ensure a positive employee experience and drive outcomes in support of DfT’s mission and strategic priorities.
You will support the HR Complex Casework and Strategic Service Delivery Lead to ensure that complex cases are managed effectively end-to-end, ensuring that managers are accessing the right sources of support, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policy, along with robustly upholding the values and behaviours expected of Civil Servants.
