Job description

I am looking for an experienced and people-driven HR Advisor to join a vibrant, fast-growing communications agency.

This is your chance to be part of a passionate, creative team where ideas move quickly, collaboration is everything, and people truly matter. You'll play a key role in shaping a workplace where everyone can thrive, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations across the business.

The Role
  • Be the first point of contact for HR advice, guidance, and support across the business.
  • Partner with managers to provide practical HR solutions that support the agency's people strategy.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process: job adverts, interviews, onboarding, and inductions.
  • Maintain and update HR records and systems accurately.
  • Advise on employee relations, performance, and wellbeing matters.
  • Help drive engagement initiatives, team events, and reward programmes that celebrate success.
  • Contribute to HR projects, policies, and continuous improvements.
  • Champion company culture, helping ensure it remains positive, inclusive, and creative.
About You
  • HR experience in a forward-thinking, fast-moving business, ideally one where creativity and communication are part of everyday life.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards Level 5).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • A proactive, people-first mindset — approachable, organised, and solutions-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills and a real passion for workplace culture.
  • Confidence working full-time in an office environment and being part of a close-knit team.
More about the company
  • A chance to join a fun, forward-thinking, and award-winning team where your ideas count.
  • A sociable, collaborative workplace that values creativity and individuality.
  • Real career development and progression opportunities.
  • Great team socials, supportive leadership, and a people-first approach to work.
