Job description

Company Head Office Location:Merton Business Park, Foxholes Road, Leicester, LE3 1TH

Start Date:Immediate (subject to notice periods)

Merton Group UK Ltd requires an experienced HR Co-ordinator for this job-sharing role. The successful candidate will be providing HR administration together with administrative service to the Directors.

This varied position represents an ideal opportunity to fully utilise your experience, offering a challenge whilst at the same time achieving job satisfaction.


Responsibilities of the role

  • Administer HR related documentation, such as offer letter and contracts of employment, invites to meeting, etc.
  • Assist with Company recruitment process setting up interviews, assisting with interviews and issue relevant correspondence accordingly.
  • Provide HR administrative services ensuring discretion and confidentiality.
  • Managing HR Compliance for all employees.
  • Administration duties for the Directors.


Skills required:

  • HR experience is essential.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Sound administration skills.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload.
  • Discretion is a prerequisite.
  • Maintaining absolute confidentiality.
  • Flexibility .
  • Ability to multi-task.


In return we offer

  • Pro rata of 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays (increases with length of service) plus 3 Customary Days at Christmas.
