A leading paperboard company in Workington is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to strengthen employee strategies and enhance wellbeing. This role focuses on improving HR processes and managing employee relations while working closely with management. Ideal candidates should have at least three years of HR experience and possess strong leadership, communication, and IT skills. Holmen Board & Paper is a Swedish company and a member of the Holmen Group. The Workington Mill produces premium paperboardunder the brand Incada. Our paperboard is an integral part of the shopping experience for our clients’ customers. Since 2013 we havepowered the mill almost entirely by fossil fuel free energy. We value our employees and products highly. Today we are approximately340 co-workers. Our integrated pulp and paperboard mill is located to the west of the beautiful Lake District in the north of England.
As HR Business Partner you will join a well-established Company that truly values the wellbeing of its employees. Reporting to theHead of Human Resources and Corporate Responsibilityyou will act as a trusted partner, strengthening and evolving people strategies that reflect and reinforce the Holmen core values of Courage, Commitment, and Responsibility.
Normal hours of work are 0830-1631 hours daily, Monday to Friday with a half hour unpaid lunch and are in the office.
