A leading retail company in London is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive engagement and enhance organizational capability. This role involves collaboration with senior leaders to ensure people strategies align with business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office-based HR team as an HR Business Partner working with key stakeholders across our Head Office to drive sustainable, commercial success and ensure our people are at the core of everything we do.
In this position, you will have lots of exposure to senior stakeholders, building open, productive working relationships with them, proactively working to ensure our people are front and centre of our business strategy. In this role you will play a proactive role, building organisational and people capability across our head office functions, supporting the effective implementation and ongoing management of all our people practices.
You’ll be a natural people-person with an adaptable leadership style, able to communicate confidently and influentially with anyone and everyone. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of how HR partners with the business to achieve our strategic goals through people.
