Job summary

A recognized recruitment firm is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner with a specialization in Reward & Recognition strategies. This hybrid role involves leading the design and delivery of competitive reward programs, managing salary benchmarking, and collaborating with senior leaders to align rewards with business goals. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a reward leadership role and a genuine passion for creating exceptional employee experiences. You will need to be able to travel to the office three days a week.
