A human resources consultancy in the UK is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives in Liverpool. This hybrid role requires a Graduate CIPD qualification or progression towards CIPD level 7. Key responsibilities include managing talent and organisational restructuring while providing guidance to leadership teams on HR matters. The position involves working from the office two days a week, offering a dynamic work environment focused on employee engagement and development.
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be required to partner with management teams, delivering strategic goals with regards to people related activity, driving initiatives such as workforce planning, talent management, and organisational restructuring. You will provide advice and leadership on organisational matters and people‑related projects, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures whilst maintaining the highest professional standards.
You must hold a Graduate Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) qualification or actively pursuing CIPD level 7 to be considered for this placement.
This role is hybrid with the expectation to be office based 2 days per week. The main office is Cunard Building, Brunswick Street, Liverpool, L3 1 AH
