Job summary

Amazon.com, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive a positive employee experience through HR programmes, processes, and tools. You’ll provide credible HR advice to managers and help resolve complex queries, policies and programmes at your site.

You’ll be based in an Amazon fulfilment centre, delivery station or sortation centre, using data to inform decisions and support colleagues’ growth while helping shape a proactive people culture across the business.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local labor law
• Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment
• Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

You'll be based in an Amazon fulfilment centre, delivery station or sortation centre and will frequently use data to inform key decisions. From one day to the next, you could be taking the lead on a range of different projects or supporting senior stakeholders with developing strategies and carrying out regular talent reviews. You'll be taking a fresh look at our working culture and thinking of new ways to optimise them.
