A leading educational institution in Hull is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals and support organizational change. The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience and a CIPD level 7 qualification. This role provides an opportunity to drive HR strategies that enhance college performance and foster an inclusive environment.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. This is maternity cover from 5th January 2026 to 18th December 2026.
Salary: £37,016 FTE per annum
Annual Leave: 31 days per annum (excluding bank holidays and up to 3 additional discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period)
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work strategically with college leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and strategic HR projects to enhance overall college performance.
