Responsibilities

• Advise managers on ER matters including grievance, disciplinary, and capability cases.
• Support annual performance, bonus and salary review processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
• Provide proactive HR advice aligned with company policies and employment law.
