Salary: £43,745 - £51,875 per year

We are seeking a People Business Partner to join a forward‑thinking non‑profit organisation in North London. This is a hybrid role with cross‑site working, offering the chance to partner with senior leaders and support an organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional services to the community.

About the Role:

As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with a portfolio of senior and middle managers, helping to translate organisational people plans into reality. You’ll design, implement, and evaluate HR initiatives that support strategic goals and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You will play a key role in building an employer brand recognised for excellence, supporting the organisation to move from ‘good' to ‘great'.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver organisational change and people‑focused strategies.
