A South London organization is seeking two HR Business Partners to support their Transformation Team. In this critical role, you will act as a strategic interface, providing high-level HR support, coaching, and influencing change within the public sector, ideally with NHS or Local Government experience. These 12-month fixed-term contracts allow for hybrid working arrangements.
We are supporting a South London organisation in their search for 2 x HR Business Partners to be part of the wider Transformation Team.
This is a critical role providing a strategic interface between HR & OD supporting the organisational wide Target Operating Model transformation programme.
You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR & OD colleagues to provide high level HR support, coaching and influencing as well as challenging ways of working/behaviours to develop and implement future focused people strategies.
We are looking for HR Generalists (CIPD 7 equivalent) with strong experience in change management programmes including the full consultation process.
To be considered, this experience must come from the Public Sector - ideally the NHS or Local Government.
These roles are offered on 12 month fixed term contracts and include hybrid working.
