A prestigious higher education organization in Cambridge seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for a 6-month FTC. Responsibilities include leading complex change programs, managing sensitive casework, and supporting workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified with extensive experience in organisational change management and strategic HR Business Partnering within large public sector organizations.

Reporting into the Head of HR you will be working on an organisational change project.
You should be an experienced HR Business Partner with a track record of working as a trusted partner to senior leaders and external stakeholders. You need to have extensive experience in organisational change management, strategic HR Business Partnering and workforce planning ideally within higher education, NHS or other large public sector organisations. A strong knowledge of HR best practice is essential and experience of continuous improvement. You need to be CIPD qualified.
