A leading interior landscaping specialist based in Henham is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support across the organization. This role involves advising management on HR initiatives, handling complex employee relations cases, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, preferably in a growing environment, and a CIPD qualification. The position offers a fixed-term contract with opportunities for professional development.

Joining us as a HR Business Partner, you will take on a generalist role providing end-to-end HR support across the organisation and supporting our existing HRBP. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, supporting them through complex people matters, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
Working closely with the wider People and Senior Leadership team, you will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and compliant employee relations environment.
