Along the way, we’ve partnered with some of the UK’s, and now US’s most recognisable brands to bring biophilic design to life, from lush office greenery and elegant corporate floristry to spectacular roof gardens and living walls.

Our success is driven by a fantastic team of 180+ employees internationally, and we’re continuing to expand. We’re now looking for passionate individuals to join us on this journey and help us shape the future of sustainable, inspiring workplace design.

  • Advise senior leadership on HR initiatives and people strategies aligned to organisational goals
  • Support organisational change and development initiatives in collaboration with leadership

Employee Relations & Escalations

  • Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, absence, and conflict resolution
  • Coach and support managers on employee relations matters, grievance handling, and best practice people management
  • Ensure consistent, fair, and compliant application of internal policies and procedures

Policy, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and contractual obligations
  • Coach new hiring managers on HR policies, processes, and their responsibilities as people leaders

Workforce Data & Continuous Improvement

  • Work with the wider People team to address workforce challenges and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support business objectives

HR Operations & Lifecycle Management
