HR Business Partner - 3 month FTC - Hybrid - £65,000 pro rata

A global business based in Surbiton, Surrey are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or HR Consultant that has experience working across ER, restructure and redundancy programmes and consultations to join their HR team on a 3 month contract.

Please note – this contract offers hybrid working (3 days per week in the office and 2 at home) and will be for an initial 3 month period.

To be suitable for this HR Business Partner role you will be a proven HR Generalist with an employee relations background and an up to date knowledge of UK employment law. CIPD qualification or employment law qualification is desirable.

This contract will focus on working with the wider HR team to deliver a large-scale restructure across various teams so proven experience across consultation, TUPE and redundancy programmes is essential.

The salary on offer for this role is £60,000 pro rata.
