We're seeking a skilled HR Business Partner with hands-on experience in change projects and M&A activity to join our professional services client in London on an initial 18-month fixed term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm, you will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of M&A initiatives, including acquisitions, business transformation projects and ongoing business partnering to deliver on the people strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to influence and deliver the people strategy from an M&A perspective.
  • Support the implementation of change management initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and minimal ER disruption.
  • Manage relationships effectively, with the flexibility to adapt and find practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Apply the company's approach to reward and compensation, including salary benchmarking and review processes.
  • Develop and integrate HR policies and processes across newly acquired businesses.
  • Design, deliver and interpret Management Information (MI) to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to complex change projects, identifying risks and opportunities while driving positive outcomes.
