A leading defense technology company in the UK is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 12-month FTC role at the Glascoed site. You will partner with manufacturing teams, contribute to the People Strategy, and deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Candidates must be degree-qualified with HR experience in a unionised environment and hold a Level 7 CIPD qualification. Location: Glascoed – but ability to travel to other sites essential
Salary: Circa £57k dependent on skills and experience

We are a relatively small team of seven based at the Glascoed site, with a few colleagues located across other sites, forming part of a wider group of around 35 people.
