We are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation based in the Nottinghamshire area.

This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you will partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people initiatives that align with wider business objectives.

You will play a key role in driving organisational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement across designated functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a People Plan that aligns with the overall organisational strategy

Partner with leaders to design fit‑for‑purpose structures and roles that enable business success

Support managers in all aspects of employee relations, providing practical and effective solutions

Lead on recruitment, retention, and workforce planning activities to build strong pipelines for the future

Collaborate with talent teams to implement development initiatives and succession planning

Contribute to and lead on people change and transformation projects

Enhance HR engagement and ensure high-quality HR support across the business

About You

We are seeking a credible and commercially aware HR professional with broad generalist expertise. You will be confident working with senior stakeholders, able to influence decision‑making, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Your approach will be pragmatic and solutions‑focused, with the ability to balance people needs with business priorities. Strong experience in organisational design, talent management, and employee relations is essential.
