A leading defense and engineering company in Walsall is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive strategic people solutions. This role involves leading HR operations, providing expert guidance on employee relations, and mentoring junior HR staff. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in complex organizations and knowledge of employment law. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of £46,000 - £53,000 and hybrid working arrangements.

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving strategic and operational people solutions that directly impact our defence, aerospace and engineering capabilities. This is a dynamic, senior‑level opportunity where your leadership will shape workforce performance, support business growth through bid activity, and foster strong relationships with trade unions.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and provides hybrid working arrangements.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
