Sedgwick is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to play a key role in delivering our people strategy and driving organisational success. This is a strategic position where you will influence business decisions, lead change initiatives, and create an environment that enables colleagues to thrive.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders in agreed areas of our business to design and implement HR strategies aligned with company priorities. You will lead on critical areas such as leadership and talent development, performance optimisation, employee engagement, learning and development, operational excellence, transformation, and reward and recognition. Your role will involve coaching leaders, managing talent pipelines, and embedding Diversity and Inclusion across all initiatives.
You will also use data-driven insights to inform decisions and deliver measurable outcomes, ensuring our culture reflects company values. Collaboration with Centres of Expertise and business leaders will be essential to embed best practice and drive continuous improvement.
