Job summary

A global security solutions company in the UK is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 12-month maternity cover. This role will involve delivering a full generalist HR service with a strong focus on Employee Relations and supporting HR processes. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of HR experience, strong employment law knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This position offers hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced pension contributions and healthcare support.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years’ HR experience in demanding environments.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations cases.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and HR policies.

Skills

Due to the exciting news that one of our team is expecting, we’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join dormakaba UK & Ireland for a 12-month maternity cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a full generalist HR service with a strong focus on Employee Relations, partnering with managers and supporting key HR processes across performance management, recruitment, and people development.

  • Educate and coach managers on best practices
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and HR policies
  • Collaborate with global HR teams on strategic projects
Experience that matters: Your Skills
  • 4–6 years’ HR experience in fast-paced environments
  • CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
  • Strong employment law knowledge
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proven experience in ER case management and restructuring
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
