A leading Edinburgh employer is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team. Candidates should have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience in a generalist HR role. The position is site-based in Edinburgh City Centre with flexibility for travel to other offices.

We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our clients HR team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on, operational generalist role.

The role is fully site-based, in Edinburgh City Centre with onsite parking available. However there will be a requirement to travel to additional offices in the Edinburgh and surrounding areas to attend meetings as required, flexibility is required.

What we're looking for
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience.
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a unionised environment.
  • Experience of leading complex ER cases.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of projects.
