This hands-on role involves partnering with senior leaders to implement HR strategies, providing expert advice on employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment law. Candidates should have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience in a generalist HR role. The position is site-based in Edinburgh City Centre with flexibility for travel to other offices.

We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our clients HR team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on, operational generalist role.
The role is fully site-based, in Edinburgh City Centre with onsite parking available. However there will be a requirement to travel to additional offices in the Edinburgh and surrounding areas to attend meetings as required, flexibility is required.
