HR Business Partner

Contract Length: 6 months, December start

Location: 1 day per week travel to Reading Area office (could do 1 day every 2 weeks)

The company are a leading FinTech Software Company, experience huge growth and with a reputation for being a market leader. The HR Manager will facilitate the implementation of the people strategy through innovative best practice. You will also assist in driving employee performance through the delivery of HR programmes. This role will provide support to various HR and employee engagement projects and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the business to deliver key HR strategic objectives
  • Assist in the management of all core HR departmental areas including employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, employee engagement and resourcing
  • Ensure compliance of current UK employment laws and that all current regulations are detailed within the company policies and procedures
  • Assist with the implementation of management talent planning
Requirements
  • CIPD level 5 graduate
  • 5 years’ experience in a high calibre generalist role
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology or IT business
  • Excellent up to date knowledge of HR & UK legislation
  • Proven skills in relationship building
  • Competent user of Microsoft packages including PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
