Job summary

Coloplast in Peterborough is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across our UK Distribution Centre and Commercial Operations functions. The Role

Based across our two main sites in Peterborough, this role will act as a trusted advisor to leaders in our UK Distribution Centre and Commercial Operations functions, providing both strategic and operational HR support.

By doing so, you will drive initiatives that strengthen capability, improve performance, and support the continued growth of our people and business.

This role offers significant scope to make a difference, working within a supportive, high-performing People & Culture team that is passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience.

We're looking for a HR professional with strong experience supporting leaders within fast-paced commercial environments. You will be equally comfortable operating strategically and rolling up your sleeves to deliver practical solutions that support day-to-day business needs.

You will be a confident relationship builder who can influence stakeholders at all levels, challenge constructively, and bring people with you when driving change. Success in this role will come from your ability to balance commercial awareness with genuine care for people, using your judgement, credibility, and emotional intelligence to navigate complex situations.
