A community services organization in Nottingham is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide expert HR advice across the service. You will support the implementation of policies that ensure legal compliance and contribute to organizational development. Candidates should have CIPD membership and strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. This role offers a full-time position with a competitive salary range.

Grade 8: £51,356 - £55,566

As an HR Business Partner, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the Service, supporting the implementation of policies and procedures that reflect best practice and legal compliance. You'll work closely with district and departmental management teams, contributing to organisational development, employee relations, and transformational change.
