Job summary

A community services organization in Nottingham is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide expert HR advice across the service. You will support the implementation of policies that ensure legal compliance and contribute to organizational development. HR Business Partner

Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 8PP

Full time, Monday – Friday (37 hours)

Grade 8: £51,356 - £55,566

As an HR Business Partner, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the Service, supporting the implementation of policies and procedures that reflect best practice and legal compliance. You'll work closely with district and departmental management teams, contributing to organisational development, employee relations, and transformational change.

  • Supporting disciplinary, grievance, and capability processes
  • Leading investigations and advising on complex employment matters
  • Supporting organisational change and consultation with Representative Bodies
  • Delivering HR-related training and contributing to policy development
Experience/Qualification
  • CIPD Membership
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Can build effective relationships with managers and stakeholders
  • Confident in handling complex casework and investigations
  • Experience in organisational change and employee relations
  • Committed to continuous professional development and ethical standards
