As the HR Business Partner you will play a vital role in being a trusted advisor to business leaders, responsible for translating global people strategies into actionable regional plans. Together with the Regional HRD, partnering closely with Market HRBP, Centres of Excellence (CoEs), Global Talent Operations Shared Services, and senior stakeholders, the HRBP drives initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness across the UK and Ireland.
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role. Please note that in the event that BPSS clearance cannot be obtained, you may not be eligible for the role and/or any offer of employment may be withdrawn on grounds of security.
