We are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation based in the Nottinghamshire area. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you will partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people initiatives that align with wider business objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a People Plan that aligns with the overall organisational strategy
  • Partner with leaders to design fit‑for‑purpose structures and roles that enable business success
