HR Business Partner
  • Based in Manchester, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home
  • 12-month FTC
  • International travel to the US likely 1-2 weeks per quarter
  • Paying up to £70k

Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
  • Partner with leaders to align people plans with business goals
  • Provide advice on employee relations and coach managers through complex issues
  • Support workforce planning, change initiatives, and talent development
  • Champion an inclusive, high-performing culture
  • Help improve HR processes and engagement across global teams
Key requirements of the HR Business Partner:
  • Proven HR Business Partner, preferably with a background in consulting/professional services
  • Strong understanding of UK & US HR practices is essential
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment
  • Comfortable with regular travel to the US
