A leading aerospace manufacturer in Luton seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to enhance employee engagement and support operational efficiency. The role involves managing compliance and championing HR initiatives, offering flexible hours and a competitive salary package, including benefits such as a pension scheme and employee assistance programs.
We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join the HR team based at our Luton Manufacturing site. The Site HRBP will support Site Operations goals, strategies and to identify opportunities to increase organisational effectiveness and productivity. Reporting the HR Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner carries out responsibilities in the following areas: employment law and right to work compliance, performance management, supporting and championing early careers. The role will help build positive, pro-active relationships with managers across the Luton site and work with them to deliver the plans and priorities within their business area. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure HR Operational activities are effectively deployed and managed, supporting HR Projects and initiatives within the business. Core operational hours are Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 16:30, and Friday, 07:30 to 12:30. Flexibility around working hours can be discussed during the interview process.

You'll have a proactive, solutions focused approach to problem-solving, paired with excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor messages to suit different audiences.
