Our client is a large, complex organisation within the Education sector, known for its collaborative culture and commitment to delivering high-quality services for staff and students.

Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders to build capability, embed a positive performance culture and promote line manager accountability. You'll manage complex ER cases, support organisational change including restructures and TUPE, and develop strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including trade union representatives. You will contribute to cross-functional projects, prepare senior-level reports, deliver training where required, support policy development and play an active role in improving HR and OD processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the Education sector or a similarly complex environment.
  • Strong expertise in managing complex employee relations issues and advising managers confidently.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, including restructures, TUPE and fixed-term contract management.
  • Credible stakeholder management, with the ability to influence leaders, managers and union representatives.
  • Ability to contribute to projects, produce clear reports and support policy and process improvements.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation.
