A recruiting agency is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Liverpool. The successful candidate will manage complex employee relations and support organisational changes within the Education sector. This role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth while partnering directly with senior leaders to drive impactful HR initiatives.
Our client is a large, complex organisation within the Education sector, known for its collaborative culture and commitment to delivering high-quality services for staff and students.
As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders to build capability, embed a positive performance culture and promote line manager accountability. You'll manage complex ER cases, support organisational change including restructures and TUPE, and develop strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including trade union representatives. You will contribute to cross-functional projects, prepare senior-level reports, deliver training where required, support policy development and play an active role in improving HR and OD processes and systems.
