About the Role

Otis is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12‑month fixed term contract. The HRBP will develop and execute both long‑term and short‑term organisational strategies, align structure, culture and talent with business goals, and provide coaching to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement effective organisational structures.
  • Identify and address gaps between the current workforce and future needs.
  • Advise on communication and change management.
  • Provide strategic coaching on succession planning, career paths and performance management.
  • Lead talent assessment, succession planning and talent development strategies.
  • Drive engagement processes and manage HR operating rhythms such as merit & bonus planning and performance management.
  • Ensure legal compliance and professional execution of corporate policies and HR programs.
