A public sector client in West Yorkshire is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive the Council's HR agenda. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic workforce experience and a CIPD Level 7 qualification. A client within the Public Sector based in West Yorkshireis currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their teamas soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a strategic HR and transformation environment.
Key purpose of the role is to partner with senior leaders to deliver the Council’s HR and workforce agenda, leading on organisational change, workforce planning and strategic people initiatives aligned to the Council Plan.
To be considered for this role you will require a CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent qualification) and extensive experience of HR business partnering within a large, complex organisation.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such is offering £24 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £21.10 per hour PAYE).
