An educational institution in Hull seeks an HR Business Partner. This full-time role involves providing strategic HR guidance, managing employee relations, and implementing HR strategies to support the college’s objectives. Candidates should have generalist HR experience and a CIPD level 7 qualification or be willing to pursue one. The role offers a competitive salary and 31 days of annual leave.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £37,016 FTE per annum
Annual Leave: 31 days per annum (excluding bank holidays and up to 3 additional discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period)
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work strategically with college leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and strategic HR projects to enhance overall college performance.
