A leading confectionery manufacturer based in Halifax is looking for a HR Business Partner to advise and support leadership and employees. The position requires experience in employee relations, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information. You will collaborate to enhance HR plans and lead change management initiatives. Competitive salary of £60,000 to £65,000 with excellent benefits including bonus and flexible working.
Our Team is looking to welcome a HR Business Partner within our Confectionery HR team based at our Halifax factory. This important position will also play an integral part of the Factory Leadership Team. The main purpose of this role is to work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of Nestle UK&I. Operating as the HR expert, to advise, guide and support Leaders by developing and delivering the people strategy for the business. Nestlé Halifax Factory in West Yorkshire is the home of the iconic confectionary brand Quality Street amongst several other well-known brands such as Rolo, Munchies, Matchmakers and of course After Eight. These are produced through controlled process plant and automated filling and packing lines.
