A major multinational food and beverage company in Halifax is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to develop and implement HR strategies in line with business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations skills, HR experience in a manufacturing context, and a proven track record in conflict resolution and coaching leaders. The position offers a competitive salary up to £65,000 plus benefits including a car allowance and bonus opportunities.

Duration - 18 month Fixed Term contract
Salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000 (Depending on experience) plus 17% car allowance plus potential Bonus + Excellent benefits inc pension/ 25 days holiday + additional 12 days flex days
Our Team is looking to welcome a HR Business Partner within our Confectionery HR team based at our Halifax factory. This important position will also play an integral part of the Factory Leadership Team.
The main purpose of this role is to work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of Nestle UK&I. Operating as the HR expert, to advise, guide and support Leaders by developing and delivering the people strategy for the business.
Nestlé Halifax Factory in West Yorkshire is the home of the iconic confectionary brand Quality Street amongst several other well‑known brands such as Rolo, Munchies, Matchmakers and of course After Eight. These are produced through controlled process plant and automated filling and packing lines.
