JOB- HR Business Partner

LOCATION - Holywell

SALARY - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

TERM - Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Holywell, Wales. This is a strategic role requiring a strong HR professional who can drive business performance through people initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance workforce engagement.
  • Drive change management initiatives and support organisational development.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolution of issues.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in coaching and developing leadership teams.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above is desirable.
