A leading charity organization in Glasgow is seeking an HR Business Partner to empower and transform lives. You will work collaboratively to inform HR strategy, address HR challenges, and provide expert HR guidance. The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR Business Partner, expertise in employee relations, and a CIPD Level 7 qualification. This role offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working model.

£42k to £46k per annum depending on experience
Full-time, Permanent – 40 hours per week (hybrid with 3 days in the office)
