A reputable care provider in Fazeley is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the business in enhancing people management strategies. The role requires a proactive HR professional with at least 2 years in a similar position and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. You will advise management on HR processes, contribute to organizational development, and foster strong relationships across teams. Qualifications

Job description

We are working with a respected and growing care provider who is looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who can partner with the business and drive success through people.

As part of the wider HR function, you will work closely with Managers and the Senior Management Team to support all areas of the people management agenda. Your expertise and proactive approach will help strengthen performance, develop leadership capability, and enable teams to deliver high-quality services to the people they support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers across all areas of HR and employee relations
  • Support the SMT with people-focused initiatives and organisational development
  • Work closely with operational teams to improve performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure HR processes are followed effectively and in line with employment legislation
  • Build strong, credible relationships across the organisation
  • Contribute to delivering outstanding outcomes and a positive working culture
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a busy HR team in a similar HRBP / HR Advisory role
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and up-to-date UK employment law
  • Confident advising and influencing colleagues at all levels, including senior stakeholders
  • Ability to analyse situations, offer solutions, and achieve strong results
  • Experience within the care sector is desirable but not essential
  • A car available for business use and willingness to stay away overnight on occasion
