Overview

Morson Talent is delighted to be partnering with a National Business based in Norfolk to recruit an HR Business Partner on a 12-month FTC MAT cover basis, due to start in January 2026. For the right person, the Client is offering up to £60,000.

The role is hybrid and based across sites, requiring travel between offices on a regular basis. Access to own vehicle and a Full UK Driving License is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations (ER) cases, including complex matters (low-level issues handled by HR Advisor)
  • Provide support and coaching to management across the business on all HR related matters
  • Partner with senior and middle management on the People Strategy
  • Support organisational change and restructuring initiatives
  • Lead workforce planning and ensure cost control against budgets
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Support, mentor, and help develop the HR Advisor as needed
  • Other relevant tasks and responsibilities as required
Person Specification
  • Experience working in a similar role within an industrial sector organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, adept in building relationships with colleagues across all levels of an organisation
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent qualified by experience
  • Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Self-starter with excellent organisational skills
