You'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert guidance on people matters while contributing to key projects that support the organisation's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR professional who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level.

You will have:

• Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR role.

• Experience supporting organisational change and improvement projects.
• The ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative approach and a passion for driving positive people outcomes.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
